Do you have a habit of procrastinating or not setting specific goals? I do. I want to share a book with you, "The Power of Focus" by Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Les Hewitt. Weekly, I'll post a section to put into action. I hope you'll join me in changing unhelpful habits.

Negative habits breed negative consequences. Successful habits create positive rewards.
It takes about 21-30 days to change a habit. Once that habit is well-developed, it becomes your new normal behavior.
